School Photo Day - know the drill!

Our 2024 School Photo Day is coming up – Thursday, 8 August for official portraits. Order forms will be sent home with students today – this is a personalised form with a unique code for each individual student. Orders can be placed online at kapture.com.au. Photos need to be ordered by Thursday, 29 August as late orders will incur service charges.

Sibling Photos

Importantly, please note that sibling photos must be ordered online by midday on Wednesday 7 August, which is PRIOR to the Photo Day. Families who have not pre-ordered a sibling photo will not be able to have it taken on the day.

Catch-Up Photo Day 

Time has been allocated on Monday 19 August for catch-up photos of students who are absent on the initial Photo Day. A schedule for this day will be sent out closer to the date.

What to wear

On the School Photo Day, students are required to meet the following presentation standards.

• Be neatly presented according to our Student Uniform and Grooming Policy
• Full winter uniform
• Blazer, tie, shirt ironed and tucked in, and top button fastened
• School socks or black tights with no ladders
• Polished black school shoes, no joggers
• Hair clean and tied back, red, black or white ribbon 
• No make-up, nail polish
• Faces must be clean shaven unless special permission has been granted by the Head of Pastoral – Student Wellbeing
• No jewellery except for a single pair of plain gold or silver round studs or sleepers, and a necklace with a simple cross and chain or a medical bracelet or necklace.

There is still sufficient time for blazers to be dry cleaned if they are looking a little the worse for wear.
