Melbourne Career Expo 

As part of their work on workplace skills and opportunities, Year 11 Work Related Skills students went to the Melbourne Career Expo at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. Students visited stalls to gather information and sample experiences related to a wide range of career opportunities. Amongst the experiences, students climbed into trucks, virtually worked on excavators, chatted to police officers and army personnel, explored beauty services in a photo booth and collected lanyards encouraging them to become teachers! Students will use these experiences to inform their planning of their own working futures.
