Year 12 Jackets

Brighton Secondary College was delighted to see our Class of 2026 reach another memorable milestone recently, as our Year 12 students received their official Year 12 jackets. This annual tradition is a significant moment in the final year of schooling, symbolising both pride in their journey so far and the excitement of the year ahead.

The jacket design was a true collaboration between students and staff, reflecting the shared ownership and strong sense of identity within the cohort. A special feature of this year’s design is the inclusion of every student’s name printed on the inside – a meaningful reminder of the group’s unity as they navigate their final year together.

The atmosphere on the day was one of anticipation and celebration, with students eagerly trying on their jackets for the first time. Their enthusiasm was clear, and it was wonderful to see how proudly they wore them around the school. These jackets will accompany our Year 12s through the challenges and triumphs of 2026 and will no doubt become a treasured keepsake in years to come.
