Open Evening 2026

Brighton Secondary College was proud to welcome our community to the 2026 Open Evening, held on Tuesday, 31 March. The event brought together a wonderful mix of current and prospective families, all eager to explore the college, meet our staff and students, and gain an insight into the dynamic learning environment we offer.
Across the school, each learning area showcased its programs through engaging and informative expos. Classrooms were transformed into interactive spaces highlighting student work, hands-on activities, curriculum pathways and the many opportunities available at BSC. From the creative, innovative and rich learning experiences presented across our subject domains, to the informative presentations from our SEAL, Student Leadership, Wellbeing and Inclusion teams, families were able to see first-hand the breadth and quality of education at the college.
Prospective families also enjoyed guided tours led by our staff and student ambassadors, who shared their own experiences and demonstrated the pride they have in their school. It was a pleasure to hear such positive feedback from visitors about the enthusiasm, confidence and kindness shown by our students.
We extend our sincere thanks to all staff and students who contributed to the success of the evening. Events of this scale rely on the effort, preparation and professionalism of our community, and the collective commitment was clearly evident.
The strong turnout and warm atmosphere throughout the night reinforced what makes Brighton Secondary College such a special place. We were delighted to showcase our facilities and programs, and it is clear that the future at BSC is bright.
