Darwinia House

Hi My name is Neda, and I am really happy to be part of the SRC in 2026.

Welcome back to Term 2!!! It has been a great start so far, and I have really enjoyed being able to represent students. One thing that I really enjoy about being in the SRC is having the opportunity to share my thoughts, ideas and experiences in meetings and to contribute ideas on how we can improve our school.

It has been great to see so many students engaged, working together and getting involved in school activities. Darwinia has shown strong teamwork and dedication to learn together and work together so far. 

The ANZAC Assembly was also a very important and memorable moment this term. It was a chance for us to come together as a school community and to reflect, show respect, and recognise the sacrifices made by those who served our country. It was great to see so many students being respectful and engaged during such an important event. 

This term is also very exciting with events like Chorals and Athletics coming up. I believe Darwinia students will continue to be actively involved in these events, especially after our great effort in placing 3rd in the Swimming Carnival this year. It is really nice to see students supporting each other,  being engaged in school activities and representing Darwinia with pride.
