Year 12 Physics Visit Luna Park

On 5 March, the Year 12 Physics class got to go to Luna Park for the day to further expand our learning about forces!
For a week, Luna Park closes to the public, but remains open for physics students around Victoria, allowing for us to experience what we have learnt in the classroom at a larger scale, including how to analyse motion, Newton’s Laws, momentum and impulse and circular motion. Seeing these concepts applied in these new contexts was really interesting and is sure to help us on our next SAC on circular motion!
To top this experience off, it was fun getting to do all of the rides (I was very excited to experience Luna Park for the first time) and have some fun as a class!
