Teaching & Learning Report 

As we draw near the end of a fantastic year at Woodmans Hill Secondary College, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the achievements, growth, and hard work of all our students.

From classrooms to in our community, our young people have continued to show resilience, curiosity, and a strong commitment to their learning—making 2025 a year to be proud of. We also extend a sincere thank you to all parents and carers for their continued support throughout the year; your partnership is invaluable in helping our students thrive. 

We are very much looking forward to celebrating the achievements of our Year 7–11 students at the End of Year Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 10th December at the Wendouree Centre for Performing Arts. This event is always a highlight, and we can’t wait to acknowledge the outstanding efforts and accomplishments of our students. 

A reminder that semester reports will be released on Compass on Thursday 18th of December. We encourage families to take the time to review these together and celebrate the learning gains made throughout the year. 

As we head into the break, we wish all students, staff, and families a wonderful and restful holiday period. Have a safe holiday, stay well, and enjoy the time with friends and family. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready for another exciting year of learning at the start of next year.
