Year 10 Mock Interviews

Over the past two weeks, our Year 10 students have participated in Mock Interviews as part of their career development program. This valuable experience provided students with the opportunity to practise their interview skills in a realistic setting with industry and community volunteers. 

Students learned how to present themselves professionally, communicate their strengths and experiences, respond to common interview questions and build confidence when speaking with employers. 

The Mock Interviews also encouraged students to reflect on their future goals and the employability skills required in the workplace. Feedback from interviewers highlighted the professionalism, preparation and enthusiasm demonstrated by many students, and the experience has helped prepare them for future part-time employment, work experience opportunities and pathway decisions beyond school.
