The ABC and AFLW Visit NMPS 

Recently, ABC News, the AFLW and Moana Hope visited NMPS for an exciting and memorable morning. Some of our Year 6 students were lucky enough to be involved in a live cross to ABC News, which was a huge thrill and a great experience for them to see how a real news broadcast works behind the scenes.

Students also had the chance to ask Moana Hope their own questions and hear about her life as a professional athlete – and had a kick of the footy with her! She shared stories about her journey, the challenges she’s faced, and what it takes to work hard towards your goals. The students loved hearing her insights, especially about staying confident, trying your best, and not giving up when things get tough.
