Sport Competition

Cross Country
As Term 1 came to a close, our school community came together for a vibrant and spirited day of competition at the annual Cross Country Carnival. The event was a fantastic showcase of energy, resilience, and school spirit, with students pushing themselves and supporting one another through the 3km course along the beautiful Mentone surroundings.
We celebrate the tremendous effort of all participants, and make special mention of the winners of each age group. Congratulations to our 2025 Cross Country year-level champions:
- Under 13 – Pearl Becker
- Under 14 – Amy-Joy Duncan
- Under 15 – Cassie Servedei
- Under 16 – Brooke Sweatman
- Under 17 – Georgie Miller
- 18–20 Years – Lily Badley
Each of these students demonstrated impressive determination and endurance—well done on your outstanding performances. We also wish the top 10 place getters from each age group luck with the interschool cross country competition taking place on 16th May.

Turning to the House competition, every participant made a valuable contribution, however the points race was dominated by one House in particular. Here are the final standings:

- 3rd Place – Jackson with 660 points
