Science

Thank you Macquarie University
We are delighted to share that Macquarie University Faculty of Science and Engineering has generously provided our school with repurposed microscopes following the recent renovation of their laboratories. We extend our sincere thanks to Macquarie University for this outstanding support and for their commitment to strengthening STEM education in our community.
There new microscopes will significantly enrich our teaching and learning activities in Science and Biology. Students will have increased opportunities for first hand investigations, particularly in the study of cell biology/ Using these high quality instruments, students are empowered to explore cell structure in details and deepen their understanding of how cells form tissues in addition to the crucial relationship between tissue structure and function.
Integrating these microscopes into our lessons will allow students to engage in authentic scientific inquiry and further inspire curiosity and exploration in real world contexts. The enhancement in our resources promotes collaborative learning and supports students critical skills for future pathways in science.
We look forward to seeing our students make exciting discoveries while extending their scientific knowledge with the support of Macquarie University. Thank you once again for helping us nurture the next generation of scientist and innovators!
