Production: A Midsummer Night's Dream

On the 22nd and 23rd of August, We performed a Midsummer Night's Dream. The crew transformed the stage from the average school stage to Shakespeare’s magical world- with a “totally rad” 80’s twist. 

For the first time in 5 years, we had a live band accompany the performance, adding energy, enthusiasm and excitement. The comedy had the audience laughing throughout, proving that Shakespeare can still shine even after 3 centuries. 

Friday night drew a huge crowd with students and staff cheering for their classmate's big day. Saturday’s performance welcomed a slightly smaller, but even more enthusiastic audience, who were eager to watch the magic unfold.  As a student from Production said: “It was two unforgettable nights of theater that combined Shakespeare’s world with neon, music and plenty of laughs!”
