DHS at the Grand Prix!

On Friday the 31st of March the VCE Systems Engineering students got the opportunity to see in Engineering in the real world by visiting the STEM program at the Formula One Grand Prix. Students got to talk to wide range of industry experts in order to gain a deeper understanding of engineering in action. 

Best wishes go out to the Dandenong High School Horizon Grand Prix Team who are completing the final preparations for the big race on the 21st of April. Dandenong High School is one of 17 schools across the country selected to participate. Over the past six months our team has learnt about hydrogen powered vehicles and built their own race car. We are very grateful for the team at Hyzon motors who have supported us with invaluable advice through out the process. Good luck team!
