Our Fortnight in photos;

Forced Perspective Photography - Optical Illusions

This fortnight, students have been learning about and experimenting with forced perspective photography which is a type of optical illusion. They have learnt how to make objects appear to be a different size or distance by altering the angle they have been shot from. Have a look at some of their work. 

Curriculum Day April 1 

The last of term 1 is a Curriculum day. We will be operating from 7:30am – 6pm. 

Please see below for the full price costings. If you are entitled to the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) this will be applied to your account.   

• Full day (7.30am – 6.00pm) $60
• Morning (7.30am – 1.00pm) $32.50
• Afternoon (1.00pm – 6.00pm) $32.50

Breakfast and afternoon tea provided (BYO lunch and morning tea, no nuts). 

School uniform is NOT required to be worn on this day. To secure a place, please email me (Kelly) by Tuesday 30 March oshc@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au

Sports Program Term 2 

We plan to have Sports Star Academy run a sports program two days a week again in term 2. We are still in the planning stages but as soon as we have locked coaches and days in we will communicate this on Compass.

A huge thankyou to Sally (Tom M mum) for the amazing donation of vinyl bean bags. These have become a great ‘chill out’ space for our students.

Just a reminder that we open from 7:30am. Unfortunately we are unable to accept you child before this time due to our licensing agreements.  We thank you for your understanding.
