Wellbeing/Be You
Wellbeing Week
Each year level in the school focused on a few aspects to promote a greater sense of wellbeing at our school.
- We discussed with the students our BNPS Playground Essential Agreement We talked about the behaviours and attitudes we expect from children in the school yard.
- We discussed and defined ‘Bullying’ and talked about who the trusted adults a child can talk to if they are feeling unhappy or not safe.
This is to complement the weekly sessions of Resilience Project which are delivered in our classroom.
Congratulations to our Wellbeing Captains who spoke at the assembly on Monday 15 March and to the band who performed “Thank you for being a friend”. The band have been giving up their lunch times to rehearse with Mrs Fine. The audience had fun joining in and the teachers sang and danced along!
