Uniform Shop

Uniform Shop – Did you know?

Shop Open Times

  1. In 2021 the uniform Shop is open Thursday mornings from 9-10am and located in the Prep Breezeway. Both new and second hand items are available for purchase.
  2. This service is possible as it is ran by a BNPS employee and supported by volunteers. We are always looking for volunteers who can spare approx. an hour please contact Annie Thomas on uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au

Ordering

  1. You can order via the convenience of the QKR app, and it will be delivered to your child’s classroom so you don’t need to come into the shop if it’s not convenient for you.
  2. You can order via email to Annie Thomas on uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au and she will email/call you to finalise your order.
  3. Orders will be filled and delivered within 5 school days.

Second-hand / Preloved Items

  1. Second hand or preloved uniforms in good condition that are donated are used for many purposes in the school:
    1. For playground accidents when Students get wet or excessively dirty.
    2. For students/families in need as required.
    3. Sold to the school community with any profits benefiting the school.
  2. Red donation bins are located in the foyer and in the Uniform Shop. Clean, saleable items can be left in these bins at any time.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

  1. You don’t need to come into the shop for Returns/Refunds or Exchanges. These can easily be actioned by filling in the form included in all QKR orders, sending the item back to the school office with your child, labelled “Attention Uniform Shop”. The appropriate action will be taken. Exchanged items will be sent to your child’s classroom and Refunds/Returns you will be emailed about.

Lost Property

  1. Lost Property bins are located in the Prep Breezeway.
  2. These are sorted by volunteers at the end of each term. Any named items are returned to students and any unnamed items are donated to the Uniform Shop or disposed of.
  3. The orange tag inside jackets and hats is called a Rag Tagd and once the unique code is registered if the item is returned to Lost Property the parent will receive a text alerting you to ask your child to retrieve it. Of course you must still label it with your child’s name for them to locate it.

Uniform – Did you know?

Year 5 and 6 Sports tops

  1. Year 5 and 6 students have numbered Sports tops with a unique BNPS seahorse design.
  2. These are worn twice a week; on their sport day and Friday for Interschool sports when they compete against local bayside schools.
  3. In late September/October Year 4 and 5 parents are required to order their Sports tops for the following year when their child will be in year 5 or 6.

 

Year 6 Bomber Jackets

  1. Year 6 students have a special bomber jacket that includes all of the students name to commemorate their last year of Primary School.
  2. This jacket is fitted and ordered in November of the year prior to ensure delivery of the jacket in the first term of their year 6.
