GROWTH - Goldsworthy Rebuild

In May Mr Diamond wrote: It is with great excitement that we share the start date for the substantial building program that will take place on our Goldsworthy Campus. This project will begin on Tuesday June 14 with the PLAN Building group taking charge of this project - a collaboration we are very excited about. As our community will be aware this project is a $15 million dollar investment in our school and will dramatically improve the resourcing and aesthetics of our college. GROWTH - Goldsworthy Building project

We have talked about it and talked about it and finally it started in June. The PLAN building group arrived on-site to set up their work space and begin their work on the rebuilding project that will transform our Goldsworthy Campus over the next 18 months. This is such a huge moment in time for our school as the facilities of our senior campus will finally reflect the quality of learning opportunities available at our school and symbolically reflect the importance with which education should be looked upon across our community. We look forward with great anticipation to the stages ahead!

PERSISTENCE - Goldsworthy Build

Although the weather has been very unkind to our demolition and construction teams at Goldsworthy Campus - persistence has seen the the grounds cleared ready for the build over the coming months. The photo below shows the vast size of the land to be built upon and a reminder of the artist's impression of what the Goldsworthy aspect of the Campus will be with the magnificent teaching and learning space, the Administration Centre and the Art Display Centre as well as the new Performance space - which is stage one of the rebuild.
