Fern House

Hi everyone, I am Gulsika K from Fern House and I’m bringing an update to all students at DHS. I’m honoured to have the position of Year 10 SRC. 

This year, I’m really excited and looking forward to the upcoming event of Chorals that we will participate in. Also, I have enjoyed all the fantastic celebrations that we have done so far: Easter when we played games with prizes and Eid where we created lanterns and received prizes.

On Athletics Day, Fern House participated enthusiastically and I would like to thank and congratulate the students in Fern House for participating to the best of their ability. Many students won the races and Fern House came 4th overall. We were lucky to have good weather and everybody enjoyed themselves. I’m confident that in the future, Fern house can get a high position so, good luck everybody.

The next big event for us will be House Chorals and we need everybody in Fern House to join in, so keep watching to learn about when we are going to practise and how the event is going to be organised. I hope to see everybody in the rehearsal.

We are nearly ready for the next holiday, and I would like to thank all Fern House students for engaging in the activities. To wrap up, I would like to wish you all a great holiday filled with joy and relaxation so that you are ready for next term!
