2027 Prep Enrolments

Do you have a child ready to start school in 2027?

It’s that time again when we ask families with children ready to begin the exciting journey of primary school in 2027 to get their enrolment forms in!

For a child to commence in Preps in 2027 they will need to have turned five by 30 April 2027.  To help with our planning we would greatly appreciate current NMPS families with a sibling commencing next year to send enrolments to us at your earliest possible convenience.

If you already have a child at NMPS who will be continuing with us in 2027, any younger sibling who lives at the same permanent address can be enrolled at NMPS regardless of whether or not the family is still residing in our area.  For all other new enrolments, you will need to confirm that the student’s permanent address is within our designated neighbourhood area.  This can be checked at Find My School and on our website.  Please be aware that the Department of Education’s designated neighbourhood boundaries have changed over the past few years.  Therefore all new families, and existing families who will no longer have an older child at NMPS in 2027, will need to ensure they are enrolling their child in their correct neighbourhood school.

Enrolment Process

2027 enrolment packs are now available from NMPS reception at both our Errol Street and Molesworth Street Campus or can be easily downloaded from our website. 

Once the Enrolment Application is completed, signed and all necessary documents attached, please deliver hardcopies to:

Please note, we are unable to provide photocopying services.

Enrolment forms are required to be submitted by Friday 31st July 2026.  Families will be advised by Friday 14th August, 2026, of the status of their enrolment application.
