College Photo Day

Before the Day

• In Homeroom, you will receive an envelope that contains an individual code for you to be able to purchase photos online.

• Sibling Photo order envelopes are available from Student Reception.

• Ensure you know the timing of your Homeroom photo session (you should arrive 5 mins before session). Record the time in your diary & Outlook calendar.

• Correct uniform & personal presentation is required. (Girls need white College socks for the day. Make sure shirts and blazers are clean and have all buttons.)

• Ensure your Homeroom knows their height order (single file).

On the Day

Student Presentation

All students should have the compulsory College Winter uniform, including blazer (no jumpers). Homeroom teachers will check personal presentation of students before entering the O’Reilly Centre. 

• Shirts tucked in.

• Skirts to be unrolled and at a modest length, on the knee.

• Polished shoes.

• Girls with collars outside blazer lapels and College socks (no tights/stockings).

• All students must have their hair clean, neat and tidy. Shoulder length hair must be tied back (not half down) with appropriately coloured hair ties (blue, black or gold). No flowers allowed. Hair is to be pinned off the face.

• No badges on your blazer.

• Only one pair of earrings to be worn (either small gold or silver stud or sleeper, no diamantes).

• No make-up.

Method of Photography

All students need to line up in height order with their Homeroom for the group photo.  Students will also have an individual photo taken directly after their Homeroom photo - regardless of whether they are purchasing a package. Individual photos are taken for school records.

Specialist, House & Vice Captains and Committee Chairperson

Please arrive at the ORC by 8:25am to have your group photos taken.

SRC

Please go straight to the ORC at the end of recess by 11:30am to have your group photo taken.

Family Photos

If you wish to have sibling photos, please pick up an envelope from student reception prior to photo day. Please ensure the sibling envelope is given directly to the photographer on photo day. On photo day, family photos will take place at the start of Period 5. At the end of lunch, please go directly to the ORC and meet your sibling(s) for your family photo.

Year 12 Photographs

This will take place after Family Photos during Period 5. All Year 12’s will report to the ORC directly after lunch. They are to line up in House groups and have their name marked off by HOH. After the Year 12 photo is taken there will be an assembly. If there is time, students may then return to period 6 classes.

Catch up day

The photographers have agreed to return to the College on Wednesday 2 September, Week 3.8 to take individual photos of STUDENTS who were absent on the day. This will also be our Sports & Co-curricular photo day. More information will follow regarding this day.
