Rotary Four-Way Test

Congratulations to Emali D for winning the Rotary Four-Way Test Final at an Ascot Rotary dinner on Tuesday 4 August. 2026 marks the third year of the St Norbert College partnership with Ascot Rotary Club for the competition.

The test is an ethical guide for personal and professional relationships, created in 1932 by Herbert J. Taylor to help save a US company from bankruptcy. Rotary International adopted the following four questions as a moral compass in everyday life and leadership.

  • Is it the TRUTH?

  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?

  • Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Guided by Mrs Fuda, students developed a 6-minute speech and applied the questions to things we think, say or do. Well done to those students who participated in both the College Semi-Final and the Rotary Final: Annabel B, Emali D, Arya C, Ella P and Ethan C.

We are awaiting results from neighbouring Rotary clubs to find out who Emali will be up against in the next round.
