Recent Archive Acquisitions

From the estate of the late Evelyn Granger, we have recently received some wonderful memorabilia.

Evelyn was a boarder from Queensland at Huntingtower at the Malvern site in the 1930’s. Although she moved back home as the Second World War approached, she never forgot her time at the School.

We were lucky enough to receive some great artwork, and three very fine albums, detailing her family home in Queensland. We have just received word that the State Library of Queensland are very interested in re-homing and caring for, the albums as they show every detail of their fabulous Queenslander home.

All donations to the school archives are welcome, and we especially thank the past students, and their families,  who remember us after so many years away.
