Meet our amazing Student Councillors

In this edition we’d also like to introduce Madison B and Chelsea V of Year 8.

Hi, my name is Madi and I am a Year 8 student at GSC who is also part of the school council. I decided to join the council to take an active role in representing my year level and contributing to positive changes within the school. Outside of school, I enjoy walking my dog Archie a 3-year-old cavoodle, hanging out with friends, reading, baking, crocheting, and racing BMX. Recently, I represented Australia at the BMX World Championships in Brisbane, which was an incredible experience. At home, I have a brother who will be joining GSC as a year 7 next year.

Hey, my name is Chelsea and I’m a year 8 student at GSC and also take part in the school council. I decided to join school council because I wanted to contribute to school decisions and have a say in our community, also I wanted to offer positive ideas to our school. Outside of school I enjoy reading, hanging out with family and friends, going outside and playing pickleball. I also love running, earlier this year I made it to regionals in cross country. At home I have 3 siblings and I am one of the middle children; I also have a cat named nugget and a dog named reckless.
