Year 10 Outdoor Education

The Year 10 Outdoor Education Class held a MasterChef Trangia cooking competition on Friday 20 February.

The students needed to plan a meal suitable to cooking on a Trangia in the evening after having to carry the ingredients…and a lot of other camping gear up a mountain.

The recipes ranged from special toasted sandwiches, Pancakes to ‘the old classic’ 2-minute noodles.  

The winning team was Darcy Waide, Noah Williams and Isaac Robinson who prepared an incredible creamy pasta with tomato and salami.  Awesome stuff!!!
