School Vision
Vision statements work best when they are co-created with, shared and owned by the school community, are appropriate to school needs and expectations, and are easily understood by everyone. A number of new vision statements have been developed which encapsulate the important and unique aspects of TPS as well as aspirational outcomes for students and the community. These have been developed by school council and based on feedback in parent and staff forums held earlier this year. We invite you to vote on your preferred vision statement through Compass. Information on how to vote can be found in the Admin section of this edition of the Dhumbadjirri.
Reminders:
- If you know of anyone who is considering enrolling at our school, please make sure they come to the office and complete an enrolment form. If you are considering leaving TPS at the end of 2024, please let the office or your child’s teacher know.
- Work on the new toilets will begin over the holidays with the work to continue throughout October and completion in early November. A bank of portable toilets will be provided for students during this time.
- School resumes for Term 4 on Monday 2nd October. Students will need broad brimmed hats for sun protection.
Please enjoy the lovely Spring weather, have a great break and take care.
