Mindful Movement
In Mindful Movement the Stiener classes have continued to explore yoga games and movements. We have been experimenting with different shapes with our bodies and using these shapes while dancing and playing musical statues.
We have continued to explore nature and meditation stories and using breath and visualisation to calm our bodies. We have also been taking neighbourhood walks paying attention to the changes and types of wattle that are appearing and participating in gratitude themed walk and talks.
