Enhancing Voice and Presence: Public Speaking Workshop with David Castelanelli

On Tuesday, 26 May, 18 Year 10 students took part in an engaging and informative public speaking session with David Castelanelli. The session focused on adding style and substance to public speeches.

 

The key takeaway was that adding style to a speech can make even the most ordinary subject interesting, while adding substance, such as how a speaker interacts with the audience, can greatly improve public speaking skills.

 

We thank David for the fun and engaging experience and look forward to our next leadership session. The students have voted for the topic of teamwork and collaboration.
