2023 FISAF National Championships

Last week, some of the squad athletes from Revival Aerobics Studio travelled to Gold Coast, Queensland to compete at the 2023 FISAF National Championships. The massive 5 day event was held at the Gold Coast Sport & Leisure Centre, Carrara where seven Revival athletes competed against the best in the country. GSSC student Caitlin Farrall competed in the semifinal on Wednesday 6th against 16 of the best in the Junior National Advanced category, qualifying in the top 8 for the finals on Thursday 9th where she finished in 4th place. Coaches of Revival Aerobics Studio Daniel Johnson (GSSC) and Sean Reynolds (Geared 4 Careers) also competed at the event in the Adult International Male category, taking home the silver and bronze medals and being awarded the 2023 Community Spirit Award for their good sportsmanship, positive attitude and support in the FISAF community.
