               A MASSIVE ACHIEVEMENT FOR OUR SCHOOL AND CHOIR

 

"There was such great feedback on your performance of Beds Are Burning, and we wondered if you would like to consider an additional opportunity." - Royal South Street Society Eisteddfod Committee. 

 

Following the incredible success of their original arrangement and performance of Midnight Oils, Beds Are Burning at the Royal South Street Society Eisteddfod, Tarneit Rise Primary School Choir has been invited to be professionally recorded and broadcast live on 94.1FM 3WBC, reaching audiences nationally across more than 22 community radio stations throughout Australia, as well as a global audience through Funky Kids Radio and numerous online platforms.

 

As part of this exciting opportunity, Hannah Kloss and Isla Ostyn from Grade 4 will proudly represent Tarneit Rise Primary School on The Royal South Street Hour National Radio Show, where they will share their experiences of being part of TRPS Choir and performing our unique arrangement of Beds Are Burning.

  • Tune in on Sunday, 4 October 2026, from 3:00–4:00pm to hear our talented choir perform Beds Are Burning.
