RUGBY ACADEMY 

Our U15 Boys Rugby Union side played a trial match against Mernda Central College on Friday 22/05/2026, going down 4 tries to 2. 

This was our first ever 15-a-side match as a team, and for many of the boys it was also their first Rugby Union game, coming from a rugby league background.

Despite this, the team showed excellent sportsmanship, strong leadership, and a positive attitude throughout the match. It was great to see the boys embrace the challenges of rugby union and continue developing their skills and understanding of the game. We showed plenty of talent and flair across the field, and we are excited to continue building as a team.

We now look forward to our first official match in Week 9 against Narre Warren, where both our U15 Boys and Girls teams will proudly represent the school and showcase their talent in the opening round.
