Micro Credentials make students job ready

Over 200 Camden High Students have completed Micro Credentials this year making them stand out candidates for many industries. 

Many senior students complete micro credentials as part of their academic and vocational studies. 

Many more students can take the opportunity to do the following work ready courses at school. 

 

  • White Card - CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry. 20 students each term have completed this course which is an entry level requirement into the construction industry.

  • First Aid - HLTAID011 Provide First Aid - For persons who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. 25 students completed this course in term 2 to make them more job ready for child care, sports and community work.

  • RSA Responsible Service of Alcohol - the RSA certificate is a mandatory qualification for anyone working in Australia in roles that involve selling, serving, or supplying alcohol. 25 of our Year 12 students completed this course and are ready to work in the hospitality industry.
