We need you!
School Community Picnic & Cultural Bake Sale – Volunteers Needed!
Our School Community Picnic is fast approaching, and we’re excited to invite all families to come together for an afternoon of fun, food, and connection. To help make this event a success, we are calling on our wonderful school community for a little support!
Volunteers Wanted – 30 minute sessions
We are looking for parent and caregiver volunteers to assist with a variety of roles on the day, including:
- Event set-up and pack-down (90 minutes)
- Running activity station
- Helping at the bake sale stall
It’s a great way to meet other families and support our school community.

Bakers Needed for our Cultural Bake Sale
Our Bake Sale is always a highlight of the picnic, and we would love your help by donating:
- Cakes, slices, muffins, biscuits or cupcakes
- Store-bought items are welcome too
All baked goods should be clearly labelled with ingredients. Please indicate if items are gluten-free, dairy-free or vegetarian. Non-refrigerated items only. Put your name and phone on your container.
Drop of at Errol Street Reception from 8:30am – 3:00pm on Friday 27th March.

Volunteering requires a free Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Please apply for a WWCC so that you can help out at any future P&F events! Department of Education as the place of work when applying.

Are you interested in becoming a committee member?
Please let us know by Sunday, 22 March, so that the required form can be completed and submitted for consideration at the AGM on Monday, 23 March.
