Upcoming school council ballot and rules for voters

Thank you to everyone who nominated for school council.

We received 9 nomination/s for the 5 parent member position/s available and we are now required to conduct a school council election ballot to determine who will be elected to Heathmont East Primary School school council.

You are receiving this communication because you are eligible to vote in the upcoming ballot.

Ballots will be distributed to students for them to take home to parents/carers on or before Wednesday 4th March.

Ballots are due back by 11th March 2026 at 4pm.

Voters may only vote once.

Voters must clearly mark using an ‘X’

How to cast your vote

Votes can only be cast in 2 ways:

Delivering or arranging for delivery of the completed ballot to the school by 4pm Wednesday 11th March 2026.
Posting the completed ballot to the school. If you wish to cast your ballot via post, please ensure that the vote is posted in time, so it reaches the school by 4pm Wednesday 11th March 2026.

Detailed instructions regarding how to fill in and submit the ballot are included with the ballot paper.
