Hi Parents and Guardians,
It is a new year and we have many exciting things for our HEPS Community that we would love your support with.
The Parents Association AGM will be held on Friday 6th March 9am – 10.0am in the staffroom. All parents and carers are very welcome to attend.
At the AGM all Executive Committee roles will be declared vacant and open for nomination. You are welcome to either nominate for an executive committee position, nominate as a general PA committee member, or come along to learn more about the PA and potentially help in some capacity.
Please see below the position descriptions for the roles of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Communications.
If you wish to become a member of the PA or nominate for a position please read the constitution and complete the registration form before this
meeting. A copy of the constitution, nomination and registration forms are available from the office.
The work that the PA does is invaluable to our school and students and we encourage and welcome you to come along.

The HEPS PA Secretary is required to maintain a log of registered members of the HEPS PA and their addresses in accordance with the HEPS PA’s Constitution.
The Parents’ HEPS PA will seek to provide information including meeting agendas and any supporting documentation via email.

This form will be filed in the school building, will be the property of the Minister and will be made available to officers authorised by the Secretary of the Department of Education and Training.
All school clubs, (including Parents’ Clubs), are governed by the Department of Education and Training, and therefore must protect the information that they collect. This means that all members of Heathmont East P.S Parent Association (HEPS PA) must comply with Victorian privacy law and the Schools’ Privacy Policy. All ‘personal information’ collected, used or disclosed by this Club, is protected by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) (collectively, Victorian privacy law).
Easter Raffle - Call for Donations
The Easter raffle is back for 2026! Prizes will be drawn on Thursday, 2nd April at the MAD assembly from 9am. The raffle will open on Tuesday the 10th of March.
Prizes for the Easter raffle are made up of kind donations of chocolate eggs and Easter treats from HEPS families. To cater for all children at our school we welcome all sorts of chocolate eggs, allergy friendly Easter treats (e.g. dairy free, nut free, gluten free, sugar free), new Easter toys, books or activities. Please drop your donations to the office from now until Monday 23rd March so we have plenty of items for the prizes. Thank you so much!
