Our talented students... and staff!

Lorelai Barnes-Smith, Year 10

Lorelai is no stranger to the St George's stage and now we can congratulate her further after the announcement of her role in the cast of TPA’s Finding Nemo musical production.

Miss Hewitt, Head of Mathematics

It’s no secret that Miss Hewitt is a star. But now it’s official.

Our Head of Mathematics was awarded a top honour for excellence in teaching and learning. Miss Hewitt's overall approach to the holistic care of our students - as well as driving exceptional results in Maths - earned her the 2025 AngliSchools CEO Award for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

Miss Hewitt had no idea she was receiving the award from Chief Executive Officer of AngliSchools, The Reverend Peter Laurence OAM, who called her to the stage at AngliSchools Anglican Identity Day in the presence of hundreds of teachers, including fellow St George's staff who gave her a standing ovation.

A huge well done and thank you Miss Hewitt and fellow St George's superstars.
