Student Enrolment Information – Action Required 

Dear Parents and Carers, 

Over the coming week, you will receive an email from the school with an attached document titled Student Enrolment Information Form (SEIF). 

This form contains the current enrolment details we have on file for your child. Please take a moment to review the information to ensure all details are accurate, including contact numbers, medical information, and emergency contacts. 

If any updates are required, there are three easy ways to return the completed form: 

• In person – make any necessary changes on the form and return it to the General Office 

• By email – send a scanned copy or clear photo of the updated form to: 📧 woodmans.hill.sc@education.vic.gov.au 

• By phone – contact the school on 📞03 5336 7264 to advise of any changes verbally
