Sports News

As we come to the end of another exciting term, we would like to acknowledge the incredible work of Mr Campion and Ms Seymour in preparing for our upcoming Athletics Carnival. Their organisation, planning, and dedication behind the scenes have ensured that students are ready to participate in a safe, enjoyable, and successful event.

We are looking forward to our House Athletics Carnival. It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm, determination, sportsmanship, and house spirit on display throughout the day. Whether competing on the track, in field events, or cheering on teammates, every student contributed to making the carnival a fantastic celebration of participation and personal achievement.

Thank you to all staff, students, and families for their support of school sport. We look forward to recognising and celebrating our students' achievements and successes from the Athletics Carnival in our next newsletter. Well done to everyone involved!

At Sacred Heart, we encourage all families to help create a positive and supportive sporting environment for our students. School sport is an opportunity for children to build confidence, develop skills, experience teamwork and most importantly, have fun. We ask that all spectators model respectful and encouraging behaviour by celebrating effort, showing good sportsmanship and supporting all students, officials and staff. By working together, we can ensure school sport remains an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved
