Below are some upcoming events shared with us by headspace. 

First Nations art workshop Tuesday 23rd September 3 - 4.30pm

We have limited spaces available for a FREE workshop with Bayley from Merindah-Gunya art. Produce an art work for our newly renovated consulting rooms, (or take it home with you).

Open to young people aged 12 - 25yrs, you'll learn about the symbols used in Aboriginal art in Victoria and be fully supported to create your own artwork.

Navigating healthy screen time with your young person 

Webinar 7th October 7 - 8pm 

FREE webinar for parents and carers, in collaboration with Gameaware, headspace will be sharing motivations for device use and tips for navigating screen time for a healthy headspace.
