Celebrating Positive Behaviour and Achievement at MSC

At Mickleham Secondary College, we’re always looking for meaningful ways to motivate and engage our students. To celebrate both positive behaviour and academic success students receive College Recognitions when they demonstrate our core values: Achievement, Respect, Community, and Honesty whether in the classroom or around the school.

These recognitions translate into points, which students can use as a form of currency at the MSC Reward Shop. The shop features a wide variety of items, from healthy living products and classroom resources to school supplies and canteen vouchers.

We were excited to see just how enthusiastically students embraced the initiative. The Reward Shop generated a real buzz around the school, with many students eager to earn more recognitions and put in extra effort.

We’re looking forward to running the Reward Shop again in Term 2 and continuing to see our students live out the MSC values every day.
