Reminder for Parents: General Office as First Point of Contact

We kindly remind all parents and guardians that when visiting the school or trying to make contact with their child during school hours, they must first check in at theGeneral Office. This process ensures smooth communication, minimizes disruptions to learning, and helps us maintain a safe and organised school environment.

Student Absence – Reporting Process

To ensure accurate attendance records, we ask parents and guardians to record student absences on the Compass portal under attendance notes or notify the school before 9:00am.

If reporting an absence before 8:30am, please call the office and leave a message.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our attendance records up to date.

If you require any assistance with this process, please contact the General Office

Late Arrival & Early Departure

To minimize disruptions to learning and maximize students' educational opportunities, we remind families of our school policy on attendance:

  • School gates open at 8.45am for entry.
  • A locker bell rings at 8:55am, signalling students to head to class.
  • Classes begin promptly at 9:00am.

Punctuality is essential for student success, and we appreciate your support in ensuring students arrive on time and stay for the full school day.

Lost Property – Label Your Belongings!

To help ensure lost items are returned to their rightful owners, we kindly ask that all school uniforms, books, and personal belongings are clearly labelled with the student’s name.

Many items go unclaimed because they are not labelled correctly or clearly. Please check that your child’s belongings are marked to prevent loss.

Thank you for your cooperation!
