2018 Clare Valley Shiraz : A very approachable Clare Valley Shiraz, with sweet fruit on the nose, hints of white pepper, rich mouth filling flavours and great tannins to give a great balance. Will improve with age. No animal products used, vegan-friendly. $ 16.00
2019 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon: BlancMade from a blend of Adelaide Hills and various South Australian wine growing region, it has intense flavours of tropical fruit, a medium sweet palate and a well-balanced acid finish. $16.00
2019 Barossa Valley Chardonnay The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The result is a soft and round style with flavours of peach, tropical fruit and a zesty refreshing finish. Best enjoyed young $15.00
Adelaide Hill Lambrusco: This wine has a dry refreshing palate with notes of dark berry and cherry fruit, and hints of fruitcake, spice and chocolate. This Lambrusco has been made in the traditional Italian style, with a slight fizz, making it a lighter-drinking red wine $ 17.00
Pinot Chardonnay Brut (Sparkling): Crafted from select parcels of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards in Victoria and South Australia. Night harvesting maintains fresh flavour while malolactic fermentation adds complexity and elegance. It is softly textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finishing dry and clean with crisp acidity. An outstanding sparkling wine $17.00
Sparkling Moscato: A sweet fruity sparkling wine made from Moscato grapes. It is low in alcohol (9.0%), with a fresh light palate of tropical fruits with a hint of zesty citrus. Great paired with desserts. $17.00
South Australian Reserve Tawny Port 5 year old: This tawny port was produced from a blend of premium grapes grown around the Reynella region of South Australia, and aged in oak for an average age of 5 years to produce a superb rich style with lovely dark colours. $16.00
