Year 12 Formal

After a year of cancellations in 2020 it has been fantastic to get back into the swing of a full school year and to once again be able to offer students the rites of passage associated with their final year of school.  On Wednesday night we held the year 12 Formal at the Karralyka Centre in Ringwood East.  The Formal Committee went with a Hollywood theme for the night, and students all had the opportunity to walk the red carpet and pose for happy snaps in their finery.  

It was great to see the beaming smiles as student life got back to normal.  One of the great priviledges of working in a secondary school is being able to see the joy and pride that kids feel on a night such as the formal as they compare and chat about their outfits.

Students enjoyed the three course meal interspersed with awards and dancing.  A big thank you to Bek Fox, Mackenzie LeFevre, Charly Hindhaugh and their team for their organisation of the big night and Ms Chamberlain, Mrs Mingos and Mr Davison for all their work.
