Zoom Parent Teacher Conferences

Sure thing. Here it is: 

Dear Parents & Guardians,

Parent/Teacher interviews will be held on: Thursday 30th July between 9.30 am – 8.00 pm& Friday 31st July between 9.30 am – 3.00 pm.

You can now book school interviews for the times that suit you.

Go to https://www.schoolinterviews.com.au/, enter our school code: q34yp and follow the simple instructions seen above.

BOOKINGS CLOSE MONDAY 27th JULY AT 3.30 PM.

When you click finish, your interview timetable will be emailed to you automatically. If something comes up you can return to www.schoolinterviews.com.au and change your interviews until bookings close.

For parents that don’t have internet access, parents can phone the school on (03) 9546 0044 or drop into the office and a time can be made for you.

If there are no suitable times available on the schedule for a specific teacher, parents will need to contact the classroom teacher directly to arrange an alternative interview time at a mutually convenient time.Parents wishing to change their interview times after the closing date should contact the school directly on (03) 9546 0044. Thank you.

Please note that on these two days, the teaching teams will design the learning program with Video content and self directed tasks. There will be no scheduled Google Meets on these days.

Prep 2021

We are still receiving enrolments and our high numbers are a result of many younger siblings joining our school, many new young families from the Parish and most families from the Alfred Street 4 year old kinder group. A large proportion of our Preppies have also attended the St Anthony's Playgroup with deb. We are thrilled with our healthy numbers.

Please ensure that you have submitted your Prep 2021 enrolment form current families (I'm sure we have you all). We have so many new families wanting a place at St Anthony's. We need to have all current families enrolled by now. Planning for 2021 is well underway. We look forward to meeting many new families in person when it is safe to do so. I am thoroughly enjoying hosting Zoom Prep interviews at the moment and meeting many lovely little personalities who are not too phased by the digital world.

Thursday July 30th - Friday July 31st  - Parent and Teacher Zoom conferences. No face to face teaching online on these days or Google Meets.

Monday September 7th - St Anthony's proposed Arts Festival (TBA)
