Overview: This term, all students shall continue to focus on developing their fundamental movement skills and game skills through different activities and challenges. On top of this, they will also be increasing their fitness levels and capacity even though they are inside. In particular, each level is focusing on:

 

PREP: 

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - Jumping, Skipping and Hopping

Weeks 5, 6 and 7 - Kicking and Punting (AFL Kick)

ONE/TWO:

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - Bouncing and Dribbling

Weeks 5, 6 and 7 - Striking (One and Two Handed)

THREE/FOUR:

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - AFL (Handballing, Kicking and Marking)

Weeks 5, 6 and 7 - Soccer (Dribbling and Goal Kicking)

FIVE/SIX:

Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - Tennis (Forehand, Backhand and Serving)

Weeks 5, 6 and 7 - AFL (Handballing, Kicking and Marking)
