SCHOOL PHOTOS – 2021
Our annual school photos have been taken and are now ready to order.
Arthur Reed Photos uses an online ordering system where you can view your photos prior to ordering.
On photo day, all students received a flyer that includes a code unique to them. You will require this 2021 code to register online and view your photos.
If you have already registered, you will receive an email or SMS from Arthur Reed Photos with a link to view your photos.
If you have not yet registered, please go to order.arphotos.com.au and enter your code to complete your order.
If you have misplaced your registration code, please contact the Arthur Reed Photos customer service team directly on 5243 4390 or customerservice@arphotos.com.au
Please note that you will need to register online with your 2021 photo code to gain access to this year’s images.
All photo packages are being sent home in 2021, so please ensure that you enter the correct details and nominated shipping address upon checkout.

SCHOOL TOURS
Lilydale High School welcomes prospective families to visit and tour our school.
Scheduled school tours are conducted during normal school hours starting at 9.00 am from the Main Administration Office.
A member from the Principal Team or Year 7 Transition, will guide you around the school to see the learning in progress and hear about the extensive range of programs and opportunities we offer students.

STUDENT ABSENCES
It is DET (Department of Education & Training) policy that all student absences be accounted for.
If your child is absent, there are several ways to assist us to fulfil our legal obligations and approve any outstanding absences by:
- Logging in to Compass to approve an absence
- Calling the School Absence Line
- Providing a note to the Sub School Assistant or Home Group Teacher
If it is expected that your child will be away for more than two days, please communicate this with the relevant Sub School Office.
You can also use Compass to view your student’s past absences.
If you have forgotten your Compass username and password, please contact the Sub School Assistants.
FIRST AID
Action Plans and Medical Management Plans
First Aid is requesting Action Plans and Medical Management Plans be supplied with the relevant medication to First Aid as soon as possible.
These plans MUST be completed by a Doctor, and MUST be signed, dated and stamped by the Doctor, or the plan will not be accepted and returned to the student to get this done.
If the student does not have the relevant up to date medical plans, they are not allowed to attend offsite activities until this is received.
Should a previously diagnosed health condition be no longer relevant, we need this in writing from the students GP.

LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL PROJECT
Works alert - Bridge foundations and rail signalling works
Works are continuing on the Maroondah Highway level crossing removal project with strict health and safety protocols in place. The health and safety of our workers and the community will remain our key priority as we undertake works on the Maroondah Highway level crossing removal project.
This works alert provides an overview of the construction activities you may have noticed from, 26 April 2021.
Changes to the way you travel
To safely complete works, there will be some planned changes to the way you travel. Buses will intermittently replace trains on the Lilydale line between Mon 10 May and Tues 25 May 2021.
