Native Bushfood Garden
Despite the COVID lockdowns last year, the native bushfood garden outside Food Tech Room 1, is coming along well. We have fruit on the Finger Lime, and all the other plants are looking healthy.
We are growing Wattleseed, Lemon Myrtle, Macadamia, Lilly Pilly, Mountain Pepper, Aniseed Myrtle, River Mint, Davison’s Plum, Midyim Berry and Native Raspberry.
The VCE students have been using bush food ingredients in their practical lessons.

Students recently completed a practical task to demonstrate the elements of the Operations System.
