CLAY TARGET SHOOTING CLUB

Yarra Valley School Clay Target Competition

On Thursday 29 April, the Yarra Valley Clay Target Shooting competition was held at the Melbourne Gun Club.

This Interschool sporting event has become a major event and attracts students from schools all over Victoria and also some interstate competitors from both Tasmania and NSW.  

On the day, there were many schools represented and Lilydale High School had a great day with many new members.

This event provides an opportunity for students to experience a competitive environment against students that they will encounter in the State Competition later in the year.

Taylah Tillotson (Year 12) came 3rd in the Senior Girls and Avril Blanksby (Year 8) was placed 2nd in Junior Girls.
