Boarding News

Dear Boarding Parents and Guardians,

The Year 10s have been diligently preparing for and completing their exams over the past  week. We commend them for their hard work and commitment! As they transition into the next phase of their education, they  participate in career guidance sessions in the coming weeks designed to assist them in making informed choices for Year 11. These sessions will provide valuable pathway information, helping the boys  explore various options and opportunities available to them.

Meanwhile, our Year 12s  have completed  exams and work experience, and we are pleased to see them settling back into their classes and the boarding house. In recent weeks, the Boarding House has been hosting students for weekend sleepovers, allowing them to experience the boarding lifestyle firsthand. This initiative has been very successful, with several prospective boarders enjoying the opportunity to get to know their future boarding peers. We believe this experience will greatly assist them in deciding if boarding is the right fit for them.

The Cebula weekend activities program continues to engage our boys, with good  attendance at various activities each weekend. Recent outings have included visits to Fremantle Prison for a torchlight tour, the Fremantle Maritime Museum, Optus Stadium for a facilities tour, escape rooms, laser tag and tenpin bowling. These activities not only provide fun and excitement but also foster camaraderie among the boys.
