World Championships Experience in Adelaide

Twenty-four EVP students from Years 8, 9, and 10 travelled to Adelaide to volunteer during the pool play phase of the Beach Volleyball World Championships. Our athletes were front and centre of the action, serving as ball kids, rakers, and court managers alongside the world's best beach volleyball players.

The experience exceeded all expectations, students met their idols, collecting signatures, photos, jerseys, and conducting interviews with Olympians, World Champions, and Australian heroes. We toured the South Australian Sports Institute, igniting inspiration and vision for future athletic pathways. Students explored Adelaide city and even challenged the teachers to a beach training session (teachers remain undefeated!).

Our students were acknowledged by accommodation staff and event organisers for being passionate, polite, and hardworking. We are incredibly proud of how they represented EVP values on this international stage, demonstrating that Elite Character travels well beyond our school community.

International Success for EVP Athlete

Congratulations to Juliet C, who recently returned from representing Australia at the U16 Asian Beach Volleyball Championships in Jordan. Her team finished 11th overall, securing the placement with a 3-0 victory against the host country. We are immensely proud to see our EVP athletes embracing opportunities to compete at the highest international levels and representing both Australia and our program with distinction.

Welcoming Our 2026 Year 7 Cohort

We are looking forward to officially welcoming our new Year 7 athletes for 2026 at our induction day in Week 9. This will be their first training session as an EVP cohort, with our senior athletes joining to help coach and mentor. This cross-year level connection embodies the culture of leadership and legacy that defines our program, ensuring our newest members begin their EVP journey supported by the experienced athletes who have walked the path before them.
