Welcome to Term 4 - Chemistry! The students at Molesworth have jumped straight into discussing the periodic table and exploring the properties of different materials and testing whether they are hard, soft, float, sink, dissolve or are magnetic.

The students at Errol St have been discussing the importance of using chemistry to explore the elements in the periodic table. They have been exploring a range of different materials, like glass, wood, plastic, etc and testing to see if they sink, float, are waterproof, soluble, magnetic, etc.  

     We are looking forward to another great term in Science!
